NBEIC Director Chen Bingrong and his delegation’s investigation visit to Shanghai

On November 30, a delegation, led by Chen Bingrong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of Ningbo Municipal Economic and Information Technology Committee, and Ye Chunhua, Vice Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of Ningbo Municipal Economic and Information Technology Committee, made an investigation visit to Shanghai with the purpose of taking full advantage of the strategic opportunity of “Made in China 2025”, accelerating information economic development in Ningbo and learning new ideas and new measures that Shanghai has come up with and taken for development of urban new economy.

Director Chen and his delegation communicated with representatives of Shanghai Economic and Information Technology Committee on development of productive service industry and cultural and creative industry in Shanghai, learning detailed information of new technologies, new format, new modes and new industries of “4 New” industries, including software information service industry, electronic information industry and industrial design. The delegation also paid a visit to The Bridge 8. Director Chen said that there are a number of measures that worth of learning.
