SME lean management training program held by NBEIC

A 3-day “SME Lean Management Program” has been held by Ningbo Municipal Economic and Information Technology Committee with the purpose of helping local SMEs to get to know lean management culture, make rational use of all kinds of lean management tools, and develop lean management system for enterprises’ sustainable development and helping realize enterprises’ high-end manufacturing, high quality and low cost production. 65 general managers and vice general managers of local industrial SMEs attended the program.

At the program, attendees are able to get to know influence of “Made in China 2025” on the manufacturing industry in China and problems enterprises are facing in the industrial 4.0 times and that lower cost and less waste are effective for improvement of working efficiency and market competence.
