Responsibilities

Responsible for organizational personnel affairs, institutional staffing, and management of personnel traveling abroad (or to Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan) in the bureau and its affiliated units. Organizes the formulation and implementation of industrial talent development plans, policies, and measures in the fields of economy and information technology as well as the digital economy. Provides guidance on the development of industrial talent teams in the fields of economy and information technology as well as the digital economy, and participates in the management of related professional and technical personnel. Handles matters related to ideology, united front work, complaints and appeals, comprehensive governance, and stability maintenance. Responsible for providing services to and the management of retired officials. Undertakes the work related to the bureau's Party committee and office.
