Takes the lead in coordinating major issues in economic operation and proposes recommendations. Formulates annual plan proposals for the economy, information technology, and digital economy sectors. Responsible for monitoring and analyzing key industries in the fields of economy, information technology, and digital economy. Oversees the management of the civil explosives industry and safety supervision in production and distribution. Guides industrial emergency management, assists industrial enterprises in fulfilling their primary responsibility for production safety, and promotes the development of safety and emergency industries. Leads the target responsibility system assessment for the economy, information technology, and digital economy sectors. Undertakes tasks related to national defense mobilization. Guides the development of civil-military integration industries in the economy and information technology sectors.
