Responsibilities

Organizes the formulation of investment plans, annual schedules, and investment guidelines in the fields of economy and information technology as well as the digital economy, plans major investment projects, guides and promotes project construction, and implements project matchmaking services. Oversees enterprise technological transformation investment management, project verification and filing, and the review and confirmation of tax exemptions or deductions for imported equipment, supervises municipally filed technological transformation projects. Guides enterprises in applying for provincial and central special fund projects. Leads industrial investment promotion and foreign cooperation in the fields of economy and information technology and the digital economy, assists in managing government industrial funds, researches and proposes thematic fund establishment plans and project investment schemes to facilitate major investment projects. Guides industrial enterprises in expanding domestic and international markets, coordinates exhibition and conference activities in the fields of economy and information technology.
