Responsibilities

Oversees the planning and construction of industrial clusters, industrial demonstration bases, and industrial parks in the fields of economy, information technology, and digital economy. Leads the establishment and implementation of mechanisms for optimizing the allocation of manufacturing resources and factors. Collaborates with relevant departments to guide industrial land management and organizes the elimination of outdated manufacturing capacity. Organizes and conducts comprehensive evaluations of the efficiency of industrial enterprises.
