Responsibilities

Formulates and implements plans, policies, and measures to promote the development of SMEs, and facilitates the enforcement of laws and regulations related to SMEs. Participates in formulating and implementing policies and measures to promote the development of the private economy, and organizes policy implementation according to assigned responsibilities. Conducts gradient cultivation and environmental assessments for SMEs, fosters "Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative" enterprises, and promotes the development of micro-enterprise parks and specialized industrial parks in the fields of economy and information technology. Oversees the development of public service systems and platforms for SMEs, and provides guidance and coordination for safeguarding their legitimate rights and interests. Guides enterprises in collaborating with financial institutions to promote the integration of industry and finance. Provides guidance on entrepreneurship, innovation, and financing services for micro and small enterprises. Manages enterprise burden reduction and administrative approval processes. Guides enterprises in strengthening modern corporate management systems and innovation, and enhances the competency of business management personnel. Participates in industrial paired assistance and collaboration initiatives. Liaises with and guides relevant industrial organizations.
