Leads the construction of the green manufacturing system. Promotes green manufacturing projects. Spearheads the implementation of green and low-carbon initiatives in manufacturing. Organizes the formulation and implementation of policies for comprehensive resource utilization and cleaner production promotion in the industrial and information technology sectors. Advances the development of new energy manufacturing, fosters and develops the energy-saving and environmental protection industries, and guides industrial enterprises in energy conservation efforts. Leads capacity replacement in key industrial sectors and collaborates with relevant departments to address overcapacity issues.
