Deputy Mayor Chen Bingrong contacts the Zhenhai District through online video meeting to provide guidance for enterprise epidemic prevention and control as well as orderly resumption of work and production

In the afternoon of December 15, Chen Bingrong, Deputy Mayor of the Ningbo City, contacted the Zhenhai District to provide guidance for enterprise epidemic prevention and control and to study measures for orderly resumption of work and production. Present at the online video meeting, there were also Hu Wangrong, Vice Secretary General of the Ningbo Municipal People’s Government, Zhang Shifang, Director of the Ningbo Municipal Economic and Information Technology Bureau, and Gu Xia, Deputy Director of the Ningbo Municipal Economic and Information Technology Bureau, and so on.

The person in charge in the Zhenhai District made a report on the basic situation of the epidemic situation and the implementation of measures for enterprise epidemic prevention, and put forward measures and suggestions to promote an orderly resumption of work and production among enterprises.

Chen Bingrong pointed out that facing the sudden outbreak of the epidemic, Zhenhai has been earnestly following all relevant deployment and requirements under the leadership of the CPC Zhejiang Provincial Committee, the Zhejiang Provincial People’s Government, the CPC Ningbo Municipal Committee, and the Ningbo Municipal People’s Government, and inheriting and carrying forward the experience and practice of successfully fighting against the epidemic since last year. Phased achievements have been made for epidemic prevention and control, which is worthy of full acknowledgement.

Chen Bingrong required that we should thoroughly study general secretary Xi Jinping’s important instructions for the COVID-19 prevention and control, conscientiously implement the overall requirements of the Zhejiang Province and the Ningbo City, consolidate results and expand achievements, adhere to the prevention and control of the epidemic and contribute to economic and social development, and plan ahead for the resumption of work and production. Firstly, we should strictly prevent epidemic and never take it carelessly. In accordance with the requirements of continuing to maintain the level-I emergency response state of the city and temporary closure management measures of the Zhenhai District, we should pay close attention to the implementation of various epidemic prevention and control measures. Secondly, we should work out overall planning and strengthen providing of guidance for enterprises. We need to study and formulate grading and classification standards, actively make preparations for orderly resumption of work and production of industrial enterprises of different types and from different industries, and guide enterprises to implement various epidemic prevention measures as required. Thirdly, we should study and judge in advance and well prepare for the coming year. Focusing on the development objectives of the 14^th Five-year Plan, we need to study and put forth arrangement of main indicators in 2022, accelerate the promotion of key industrial investment projects, and strive to invest and make achievements as soon as possible.

After the video meeting, Deputy Mayor Chen Bingrong made a special visit to the Ningbo Municipal Economic and Information Technology Bureau to visit the staff for ensuring epidemic prevention and control materials, appreciating the efforts that they had exerted in the previous stage and requiring that all cadres continue to carry forward the spirit of working round the clock to provide strong material support for epidemic prevention and control in the city.
