Level-II Counsel Zhu Hongbo visits Xiangshan to carry out researches and inspect the work for epidemic prevention

In order to understand the development of the equipment industry in Ningbo and implement the working deployment of the sixth centralized action for maritime epidemic prevention and control of the city’s “East China Sea Thunder” Action, a delegation, led by Zhu Hongbo, Level-II Counsel of the Ningbo Municipal Economic and Information Technology Bureau, made a visit to Xiangshan on January 25 to carry out researches and inspect the work for epidemic prevention.

Zhu Hongbo and his delegation visited the Zhejiang Yiduan Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. and the South Center of the China Academy of Machinery Science and Technology Group, learning in detail production development, construction of the R&D institution, talent introduction and cultivation, project incubation and so on, and encouraging the enterprises to strengthen science and technological researches and development, to further deepen academy-enterprise cooperation and to do a good job in iterative upgrading centering on core technologies and products.

Zhu Hongbo carried out onsite inspection of the Haowangjiao Fish Pier, the Jinchuan Shipbuilding Company and the Dongsheng Shipbuilding Company on maritime epidemic prevention. Zhu Hongbo stressed that firstly, we should attach great importance to epidemic prevention and control, further consolidate prevention and control measures, increase epidemic prevention publicity, and form an epidemic prevention mechanism with departmental coordination, smooth operation and seamless connection, so as to ensure that there is no dead corner in epidemic prevention. Secondly, we should unify thought and action to strengthen the prevention among people and goods and press down on the “four-party responsibilities” of the local government, regulatory units, business entities and individuals. The Spring Festival is around the corner. We should focus on controlling the ships with no ship name, no ship number and no ship certificate going to sea, or engaged in maritime smuggling and so on. Thirdly, we should recognize that epidemic prevention is one of the basic work workplace safety. During the Spring Festival, the personnel flow of shipbuilding and repair enterprises is large. The enterprises should take the main responsibility, take the initiative while cooperating with the local epidemic prevention work, and make good preparations for epidemic prevention of the returning personnel after the festival.
