Leaders of the Ningbo Municipal Economic and Information Technology Bureau visit localities to carry out researches and provide services to coordinate the overall epidemic prevention and control and industrial economic development as well as helping for a surge in the first quarter of this year

In order to implement the spirit of the economic work conferences held by the CPC Central Committee, the CPC Zhejiang Provincial Committee and the CPC Ningbo Municipal Committee, and the requirements for epidemic prevention and control deployed, and provide guidance for industrial enterprises to take epidemic prevention and control measures when handling with imported goods and to strive for a stable surge in the first quarter of this year, leaders of the Ningbo Municipal Economic and Information Technology Bureau visit localities to carry out researches and provide services on the first working day of February 7 after the Chinese New Year holiday.

Haishu District and Jiangbei District

During the visits to the Ningbo BTR Energy Science and Technology Co., Ltd. in the Haishu District and the Ningbo HughStar New Material Science and Technology Co., Ltd. in the Jiangbei District, Tong Honggen, Deputy Director of the Ningbo Municipal Economic and Information Technology Bureau paid field visits to the import material areas and warehouses; checked records of imported materials, including the registration, monitoring, disinfection and sterilization and so on; learnt in detail the companies’ plans for production and business operation, R&D and innovation, and investment for technological transformation after the Spring Festival holiday, and encouraged enterprises to strive for further innovative development and a new surge in industrial economy in the first quarter of this year.

Yuyao City

Gu Xia, Deputy Director of the Ningbo Municipal Economic and Information Technology Bureau, made visits to the Zhejiang Jinrui Film Material Co., Ltd. and the Sunny’s industrial base in the west of the city in Yuyao, checking the construction of functional film production lines and phase I and phase II of the base on the spot, and learning the production and operation of the enterprise in the first quarter and management and control measures of imported materials. She encouraged the enterprises to scientifically improve the utilization level of production capacity on the premise of ensuring the implementation of epidemic prevention and control measures, so as to help for a surge in the city’s industrial economic development in the first quarter of this year.

Zhenhai District and Cixi City

Zhang Shuiqing, Deputy Director of the Ningbo Municipal Economic and Information Technology Bureau, paid visits to the Ningbo Zhaobao Magnet Co., Ltd. and the Ningbo Daan Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. in Zhenhai and the Ningbo DXC New Material Technology Co., Ltd. and the Ningbo Supu Electronics Co., Ltd. in Cixi to provide guidance for enterprises for epidemic prevention. He also inspected the disinfection and sterilization of goods and epidemic prevention of contact personnel, and communicated with relevant responsible persons about a surge in the first quarter.

Yinzhou District

Wang Chuan, Chief Engineer of the Ningbo Municipal Economic and Information Technology Bureau, made visits to the MedicalSystem Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and the Ningbo Shenglong Automotive Powertrain System Co., Ltd. in the Yinzhou District, listening to the reports of the two companies on epidemic prevention and control during the Spring Festival holiday, stable work and production, post-holiday employee arrival rate, production resumption rate, etc., conducting on-the-spot inspection on the management and control of imported materials of enterprises for epidemic prevention, understanding the prevention and control process of imported materials from the on-site working staff, and reminding enterprises to strictly implement their main responsibilities, so as to ensure a closed-loop management of the whole process of epidemic prevention and control.

Xiangshan County

Tu Jiong, Deputy Director of the Ningbo Municipal Economic and Information Technology Bureau, paid visits to the Ningbo Shenghe Lighting Co., Ltd. and the Ningbo Qinbang New Material Technology Co., Ltd. in the Xiangshan County, inspecting workshops and material warehouses and discussing with enterprises on how to effectively implement the Operating Procedures for Normalized Epidemic Prevention and Control of Imported Goods of Industrial Enterprises in the Zhejiang Province (Trial). He affirmed the establishment of a special work force for the prevention and control of imported goods of industrial enterprises in the Xiangshan County in the name of the Xiangshan County Epidemic Prevention and Control Office and the formulation of the Epidemic Prevention Work Plan for Imported Goods of Industrial Enterprises of the Xiangshan County Economic and Information Technology Bureau (Trial), and required that it’s necessary to continue to thoroughly implement various measures and continue to do a good job in epidemic prevention and control of imported goods of industrial enterprises.

Fenghua District

Chen Chenghai, Counsel Level II of the Ningbo Municipal Economic and Information Technology Bureau, made visits to the Mobiwire Mobiles (Ningbo) Co., Ltd. and the Ningbo Asiaway Automotive Components Co., Ltd. in the Fenghua District to provide guidance for industrial enterprises for epidemic prevention and stable growth. He acknowledged the fine investigation of risk factors of imported goods of industrial enterprises carried out by the Fenghua District Economic and Information Technology Bureau in cooperation with the Customs, and commerce departments and so on, and put forward requirements for further improving the prevention and control plan and doing a good job in providing systemic services, precise services and interactive services.

Qianwan New Area

Zhu Hongbo, Counsel Level II of the Ningbo Municipal Economic and Information Technology Bureau, made visits to the Ningbo Qunxin Microelectronics Co., Ltd., the CITIC Dicastal Ningbo Hub Manufacturing Co., Ltd., the Zeekr Intelligent Factory and so on in the Qianwan New Area, requiring enterprises to shoulder the main responsibilities and pay great attention to epidemic prevention and control while making sure of smooth production by not only strengthening prevention among materials and working staff, but also refining the epidemic prevention and control measures for imported goods of different categories.

National Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone

Bian Yijun, Research Consultant Level I of the Ningbo Municipal Economic and Information Technology Bureau, made visits to the Ningbo Joyson Electronic Corp., the Ningbo Self Electronics Co., Ltd. in the Ningbo National Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone to carry out special researches, inspecting the warehouses and production workshops where imported materials are stacked and requiring that enterprises to highlight key points of prevention and control in combination with the actual situation, organize post-holiday production, and that economic and information technology departments at the county and municipal levels should do a good job in coordination and assistance-providing.

Ninghai County

The person in charge of the Consumer Goods Industrial Division of the Ningbo Municipal Economic and Information Technology Bureau led a delegation to visit the Ninghai Golden-Rays Molding Co., Ltd. and the Ningbo Riyue Molding Co., Ltd. in the Ninghai County for guidance providing and researches. The research team inspected the feeding area, material warehouse and production workshops, and learnt in detail aspects of production and operation, market exploration, R&D and innovation, and employee introduction and so on, requiring enterprises to strictly implement the closed-loop management requirements of six “management and controls” and two “responsibilities” proposed in the Operating Procedures for Normalized Epidemic Prevention and Control of Imported Goods of Industrial Enterprises in the Zhejiang Province (Trial), and earnestly do a good job in taking epidemic prevention and control measures of imported goods.
