The Ningbo Industrial Economy Operation Analysis Conference held by the Ningbo Municipal Economic and Information Technology Bureau

In order to fully implement the decision and deployment of the CPC Ningbo Municipal Committee and the Ningbo Municipal People's Government to "fight in the fourth quarter and win the whole year", conduct in-depth analysis of the current operation of the city's industrial economy, and study and deploy key working tasks for the next stage, on October 16, the Ningbo Industrial Economy Operation Analysis Conference was held by the Ningbo Municipal Economic and Information Technology Bureau. Zhang Shuiqing, Deputy Director of the Ningbo Municipal Economic and Information Technology Bureau, attended the conference and delivered a speech.

At the conference, the Ningbo Municipal Economic and Information Technology Bureau organized a study and operational training on the newly revised "Statistics Law", made a report on the completion of major industrial indicators in the first three quarters in the city, and assigned targets for the fourth quarter and annual working tasks.

Deputy Director Zhang Shuiqing fully affirmed the achievements made by various regions in the first three quarters and put forward four requirements for the work in the fourth quarter. Firstly, we must spare no effort to grasp the economy and stabilize growth. We should not only focus on key increments, but also provide training and guidance for newly upgraded enterprises, and strengthen tracking services for key industries, enterprises, and projects; we should also pay attention to reduction factors, guide enterprises to arrange production and maintenance plans reasonably, and do a good job in service guarantee. Secondly, we must make every effort to focus on projects and ensure investment. We need to sort out the list of planned reserve projects, newly started projects, ongoing projects and other projects on a monthly basis, strengthen the service management of the entire project process, enhance element guarantee, timely coordinate and solve practical problems, and ensure the high-quality and efficient promotion of project construction. Thirdly, we must spare no effort to grasp policies and promote their implementation. To effectively implement existing policies, accelerate the disbursement of policy funds in 2024, and promote stable development of the industrial economy. We need to strengthen support for industrial enterprises in financing, cost reduction, and burden reduction, and effectively enhance their confidence in development. Fourthly, we must make every effort to plan ahead and seize the opportunity. We need to focus on the end of this year, set clear goals for the annual working tasks, work with full enthusiasm and responsibility, and take precise and solid measures to tackle challenges and sprint forward. We also need to plan for the beginning of next year, based on reality, conduct in-depth research, carefully sort out working ideas for the coming year, and lay a solid foundation for starting the work well next year.
