In the afternoon of November 4, the Training Course for Improvement of Comprehensive Literacy of Cadres of the Ningbo Municipal Economic and Information Technology System was held in the Zhejiang Wanli University. Gu Xia, Deputy Director and Deputy Secretary of the Party Group of the Ningbo Municipal Economic and Information Technology Bureau, made a mobilization speech at the opening ceremony of the training course. After the opening ceremony, Chen Bingrong, Director of the Ningbo Municipal Intelligent Manufacturing Expert Committee and former Deputy Mayor of the Ningbo City, gave the first lesson of the opening class on "taking intelligent manufacturing as the main direction to assist in the construction of a new industrialization demonstration zone of Ningbo".
