In order to further improve the integration and improvement of financial industrial policies for "big smart manufacturing" in all districts (counties, sub-cities), strengthen interactions, and enhance the quality and effectiveness of financial industrial supporting policies, on January 18, a meeting on the integration and improvement of industrial policies for "big smart manufacturing" in all districts (counties, sub-cities) was held by the Ningbo Municipal Economic and Information Technology Bureau. Wang Yidong, Deputy Director of the Ningbo Municipal Economic and Information Technology Bureau and Director of the Ningbo Municipal Digital Economy Administration, attended and presided over the meeting.

At the meeting, the Financial Auditing Division of the Ningbo Municipal Economic and Information Technology Bureau reported on the basic situation of the "big smart manufacturing" industrial policy work of the special work force for "big smart manufacturing" in 2023 and 2024, and clarified the basic work of integrating and improving the "big smart manufacturing" industrial policy in each district (county, sub-city).

The economic and information technology departments of each district (county, sub-city) exchanged information on the current status of the "big smart manufacturing" industrial policies, the problems encountered in the integration process, and the working measures for the next step.

Wang Yidong pointed out in his concluding speech that firstly, we attach great importance to the task of integration. The integration and improvement of industrial policies for "big smart manufacturing" in various districts (counties, sub-cities) is a key task deployed by the CPC Ningbo Municipal Committee and the Ningbo Municipal People's Government, and each district (county, sub-city) must ensure quality and quantity. Secondly, we need to achieve four clarifications. We need to clarify the scope of integration work, clarify duplicate and overlapping policies, clarify the funding for the field of "big smart manufacturing", and specify the years for policy implementation. Thirdly, the work is exploratory. Each district (county, sub-city) should explore the establishment of a long-term mechanism for integration, promote evaluation, integration, and newly formulate overall work.
