Huang Qinbo visits the Zhenhai District to conduct researches on the digital transformation of the petrochemical industry

To implement the "Work Plan for Digital Transformation of Raw Material Industry (2024-2026)" issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China and other eight departments, and further promote the digital transformation of our city's raw material industry, recently, Huang Qinbo, Deputy Director and a member of the Party Group of the Ningbo Municipal Economic and Information Technology Bureau, led a team to conduct a survey on the digital transformation of key petrochemical enterprises in the Zhenhai District.
The research team visited key enterprises of the petrochemical industry, such as the Sinopec Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Company, the ZhongJin Petrochemical Co., Ltd., the Bohui Chemical Co., Ltd., and the Henghe Materials Co., Ltd., to gain a detailed understanding of the current status of digital transformation of petrochemical enterprises, transformation considerations for the next step, and the difficulties and needs they faced. They also had in-depth exchanges with enterprises on the supply of digital transformation services in the petrochemical industry. Huang Qinbo said that the Ningbo Green Petrochemical Cluster, as a national advanced manufacturing industrial cluster, is an important component of our city's "361" trillion level industrial clusters. Promoting the deep integration of digital technologies and real economic development of green petrochemical is of great significance for our city to accelerate the construction of a world-class green petrochemical industrial cluster. Huang Qinbo fully affirmed the practices and experiences of various enterprises in digital transformation, encouraging them to focus on the key needs of transformation and upgrading, further practice digital concepts, embrace digital technologies, explore digital scenarios, and promote digital transformation to achieve higher-level breakthroughs through various ways such as innovation and collaborative research and development.
