A digital transformation docking meeting for small and medium-sized enterprises in the new energy vehicle parts industry held by the Ningbo Municipal Economic and Information Technology Bureau

In order to solidly promote the pilot work of the national small and medium-sized enterprises digital transformation, accelerate the full coverage of the digital transformation of the new energy vehicle parts industry, and help build a new energy automobile city, on April 1, the digital transformation docking meeting for small and medium-sized enterprises in the new energy vehicle parts industry hosted by the Ningbo Municipal Economic and Information Technology Bureau and undertaken by the Ningbo Intelligent Manufacturing Alliance (Association) was held in the Industrial Internet Platform Application Innovation Promotion Center. Huang Qinbo, Deputy Director and a member of the Party Group of the Ningbo Municipal Economic and Information Technology Bureau, attended the event and delivered a speech. Leading experts such as Gao Weiguo, Deputy Director of the Ningbo Intelligent Manufacturing Experts Committee, attended the event.

Huang Qinbo pointed out in his speech that the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises is both an opportunity and a challenge, requiring consensus from all parties to jointly solve the problems. Small and medium-sized enterprises should adhere to a problem-solving approach and iteratively promote transformation for solving pain and difficulties; strengthen the application of data analysis, discover problems through digitization, solve problems through lean management, and empower all aspects of enterprise production and operation at a high level. All types of service providers should focus on difficulties and blockages that urgently need to be solved in the current stage of research and development, design, production and manufacturing, operation management, procurement and sales, and industrial chain collaboration, integrate high-quality digital products, iteratively promote digital transformation projects, and empower enterprises with overall improvement through digital transformation.

Huang Qinbo emphasized the need to strengthen standardized construction and cultivate a healthy and sustainable digital innovation market. General contractors should implement their main responsibilities, combine with the implementation of enterprise transformation, further sort out and improve the industry "N plus X" list, prepare standard contracts, refine and clarify the transformation content and price composition, provide standardized, all-round, and high-quality services for digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises, and achieve equal and transparent information between supply and demand sides.

At the meeting, Yong Zhiling, a digital person from the Municipal Intelligent Manufacturing Alliance (Association), officially released the "Ningbo Small and Medium sized Enterprises Digital Transformation Pilot City Details". The Industrial Digitization Promotion Division of the Ningbo Municipal Economic and Information Technology Bureau conducted an in-depth analysis of the "Implementation Opinions on Promoting the Pilot Digital Transformation of Small and Medium sized Enterprises in the Ningbo City", and introduced digital transformation working arrangements for the next stage. Researcher Li Jianfei from the China Industrial Internet Research Institute deeply analyzed the national standards for evaluating the digital level of SMEs. The Ningbo Yosun Auto Parts Co., Ltd., a representative of enterprises in the new energy vehicle parts industry, introduced the problems encountered by the enterprise and relevant solutions in the actual transformation process.

Subsequently, representatives of general contractors in the new energy vehicle parts industry, including the Bluetron Digital Technology Co., Ltd., the Zhejiang Wingoht Technology Co., Ltd., the Ningbo BinCube Information Technology Co., Ltd., and the Zhejiang Chinajey Intelligent Systems Co., Ltd., made detailed introductions to digital transformation products and solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises. The Bank of Ningbo introduced a special loan product to support the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises, hoping to help enterprises in Ningbo solve their worries about digital transformation through the power of financial capital. After the meeting, representatives of enterprises in the new energy vehicle parts industry and representatives of industrial general contractors had exchanges and communication, and the onsite response was enthusiastic.
