Leaders of the Ningbo Municipal Economic and Information Technology Bureau visit and serve key industrial investment projects

In order to thoroughly implement the working deployment requirements of the CPC Ningbo Municipal Committee and the Ningbo Municipal People's Government, and in conjunction with the "Big Visits, Big Researches, Big Service-providing, Big Problem-solving" activity of the Economic and Information Technology System, the leaders of the Ningbo Municipal Economic and Information Technology Bureau led teams to visit and serve key industrial investment projects in various regions, so as to promote stable growth of industrial investment.

From July 2 to July 3, Deputy Director Zhang Shuiqing visited and served key industrial investment projects in the Ninghai County, learning the progress of project construction, completion and operation, and difficulties encountered. He helped enterprises coordinate and solve difficult problems, and met the needs for project construction guarantee. Zhang Shuiqing and his delegation visited 10 key industrial investment projects, including the 15GWN ultra-low carbon high-efficiency heterojunction solar cell and 15GW high-efficiency solar module project of the Risen Energy (Ningbo) Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd., the new high-end intelligent AI refrigerator project with an annual production capacity of 1 million sets by the Ningbo Jide Refrigeration Technology Co., Ltd., and the intelligent electric storage and logistics transportation equipment production line project with an annual production capacity of 600,000 units by the Ningbo Ruyi Co., Ltd. and so on, to discuss and learn the production capacity planning and completion and operation plans of relevant projects, understand the progress of project construction and the difficulties and blockages faced, and to listen to the opinions and suggestions put forth by enterprises, to coordinate and solve the difficulties and blockages in project construction, and to collect service guarantee needs for project construction.

Zhang Shuiqing pointed out that entrepreneurs in Ningbo have the ability, determination, and courage to always stand at the forefront of fierce market competition. They have actively planned and implemented a number of new and large projects representing the future development direction of the industries, which is the key to our industries winning the future. He emphasized that enterprises should further strengthen the overall planning and optimization of project construction schedules, seize time and progress with a step-by-step attitude, concentrate resources to accelerate project construction, strive for early completion and production, quickly push innovative products to the market, and help enterprises achieve goals and take further steps. Recently, Wang Chuan, a leader of the Bureau, led a team to the Yuyao City to conduct visits and research on key projects. Wang Chuan and his delegation visited the Konfoong Electronics Yangming Industrial Technology Research Institute and the Ningbo Sunny Optoelectronic Information Co., Ltd. to gain a detailed understanding of project construction and enterprise production and operation onsite. They also had in-depth exchanges with enterprise leaders on the difficulties and future development plans in project promotion.

Wang Chuan pointed out that major projects are the "ballast stone" for stabilizing the economy and the driving force for promoting industrial transformation and upgrading. As a major area contributing to the city's industrial economic development, Yuyao should play a good role in supporting the industrial development and make every effort to provide service guarantees for major projects. He encouraged the project construction units to always have firm confidence, work hard to overcome adverse factors, seize the construction period, and accelerate the progress of project construction. Make full use of the "two new" policy window, continuously increase innovation investment, proactively layout innovation tracks such as new displays and artificial intelligence, activate the innovation chain, and extend the industrial chain. On July 3, Bian Yijun, a leader of the Bureau, led a team to visit and serve key industrial investment projects in the Cixi City.

Bian Yijun and his delegation visited companies such as the Bull Group Co., Ltd. and the Hesheng Hongneng (Ningbo) Technology Co., Ltd. to conduct researches, inspect the construction of production bases, research and development centers, and headquarters projects on site, and have in-depth exchanges with enterprise leaders on project construction progress and investment plans. They carefully listened to the enterprise's planning for the production capacity, output, and products after the projects are completed, and collected and solved problems encountered in construction in a targeted manner. Bian Yijun fully affirmed the progress of project construction and publicized policies related to the new industrialization and the "two new" fields.
