The Work Conference on Application for Being a Leading Pilot Area for the Integrated Application of "5G plus Industrial Internet" held by the Ningbo Municipal Economic and Information Technology Bureau

In order to well prepare for the application for being a leading pilot area for the integrated application of "5G plus industrial internet" and actively strive for being a national pilot area, the Work Conference on Application for Being a Leading Pilot Area for the Integrated Application of "5G plus Industrial Internet" was held by the Ningbo Municipal Economic and Information Technology Bureau in the morning of September 19. Tu Jiong, Deputy Director and a member of the Party Group of the Ningbo Municipal Economic and Information Technology Bureau, attended the conference and delivered a speech.

At the conference, 11 departments, including the Ningbo Municipal Finance Office, the Ningbo Municipal Development and Reform Commission, the Ningbo Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, the Ningbo Municipal Finance Bureau, the Ningbo Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and the Ningbo Municipal Communications Administration, etc., introduced relevant innovative measures and promotion achievements focusing on the development policies, industrial ecology, public services, and other aspects of "5G plus industrial internet"; the economic and information technology departments of the Haishu District, the Jiangbei District, the Yinzhou District and the Ningbo National High-tech Zone introduced the development of "5G plus industrial internet" and plans for the next step; the Ningbo Telecom, the Ningbo Mobile, and the Ningbo Unicom made speeches for exchanges on the construction and operation of 5G infrastructure, as well as industrial applications and so on.

Tu Jiong affirmed the contributions made by various departments in promoting the development of "5G plus industrial internet" in our city, and said that she would fully absorb the experience and achievements of various units in recent years and strive for successfully getting approved for being a national pilot area. For the specific application, Tu Jiong hoped that relevant units would highlight innovation, systematicity, and inventorization, focusing on the "five pioneers" of development policies, infrastructure, industrial applications, industrial ecology, and public services, deeply summarizing and sorting out the current situation and plans for the next step, and jointly making the application practical, detailed, and well done.
