The Ningbo Work Conference on Investment in the Manufacturing Industry held by the Ningbo Municipal Economic and Information Technology Bureau

In order to summarize and review the completion of manufacturing investment from January to August, study and deploy key investment tasks for the next stage, and strive for investment goals in the third quarter and of the whole year, the Ningbo Work Conference on Investment in the Manufacturing Industry was held by the Ningbo Municipal Economic and Information Technology Bureau on September 23. Wang Hui, Deputy Director and a member of the Party Group of the Ningbo Municipal Economic and Information Technology Bureau, attended the conference and delivered a speech.

The Ningbo Municipal Economic and Information Technology Bureau made a report on the completion of the main investment indicators in the previous stage in the city, and arranged for the goals for the third quarter and of the whole year. All localities made speeches for exchanges on the key working arrangements for the next stage.

Deputy Director Wang Hui affirmed the achievements of industrial investment related work carried out in all localities since the beginning of this year, and put forward four pieces of requirement for the next stage of investment related work. Firstly, focus on investment, make positive connections, strive for national refinancing and ultra-long special treasury bonds support, thoroughly use the new round of policies for the development of "big smart manufacturing", and encourage enterprises to carry out technological transformation and apply for interest subsidy. Secondly, focus on the decomposition and implementation of goals, continuously carry out the city's major industrial investment project campaign, carry out special coordination on key projects, coordinate element guarantees, optimize project approvals, and ensure smooth and orderly project construction. Thirdly, pay close attention to early planning of projects, focusing on cultivating new industrial tracks in the future, building, extending, supplementing and strengthening industrial chains, and enterprise intelligent reform, digital transformation and networking, and strengthen project matchmaking. Fourthly, cultivate emerging driving forces, focus on the construction of key project libraries and the list of equipment (consumer goods) supply for transformation projects in the "entrepreneurship and innovation" field, promote the high-end upgrading of traditional industries, make good use of the "Home of Equipment" platform, and smooth the information channels for both supply and demand sides.
