The Video Conference on the Construction of the "2070" Industrial Cluster held

In the morning of September 25, the Video Conference on the Construction of the "2070" Industrial Cluster was held by the Ningbo Municipal Economic and Information Technology Bureau, specifically listening to the progress of the construction of the "2070" Industrial Cluster in all localities in Ningbo. Wang Yidong, Director of the Ningbo Municipal Economic and Information Technology Bureau, attended the video conference and delivered a speech.

At the conference, the heads of various economic and information technology departments carefully summarized the construction status of the "2070" Industrial Cluster, including planning, spatial control, and construction effectiveness and so on, as well as the progress of projects such as new land acquisition, multi block contiguous transformation, and single unit capacity enhancement, etc.. Existing problems were analyzed and plans for the next step as well as issues that need municipal support to be addressed were proposed.

Director Wang Yidong fully affirmed the working achievements and innovative measures that had been taken by all the localities, and put forward pieces of requirement for the next step. He pointed out that it is necessary to strengthen departmental linkage and coordinate the construction of "2070". Strengthen the coordination with departments in charge of natural resources and planning and so on, improve the working mechanism, and work together to promote the implementation of the plan for the construction of the "2070" Industrial Cluster, creating a number of iconic parks such as the Qianwan Digital Economy Industrial Park. Secondly, we need to strengthen the coordination of attraction and reform, and accelerate the upgrading of blocks. In accordance with the requirements of "planning one batch, constructing one batch, and completing one batch", we need to continue to deepen the transformation of industrial blocks and simultaneously attract projects while focusing on industrial positioning. Thirdly, we must highlight adapting measures to local conditions and explore the concept of "industrial upgrading". Adhering to the principle of "pilot taking the lead, and gradually promote", we will support further development of state-owned enterprises and private enterprises. Fourthly, we need to optimize community governance and promote value-added services. On the existing basis, we need to focus on the development needs of industrial clusters and industrial enterprises, further innovate community governance models, and develop a batch of replicable and promotable experience and practices.
