Our bureau organizes "little giant" key cultivation enterprises to carry out small-scale exchanges and guidance

In order to help our city's specialized, innovative and new "little giant" key cultivation enterprises further grasp policy guidance, showcase their unique advantages, highlight the linkage between city and county work, track and master a group of excellent "seed" enterprises, and solidly prepare for application of being included in the seventh batch of "little giant" enterprises in 2025, from January 5 to January 8, our bureau organized 14 key cultivation enterprises including the CEN New Materials to carry out the first session for exchanges and guidance, and relevant district (county, sub-city) economic and information technology departments jointly participated in the event. The enterprises invited this time to attend the exchange and guidance event is based on enterprises with R&D expenses accounting for more than 6% of revenue. Enterprises that meet the core indicators, have completed the application materials, and have a strong willingness to apply from their main responsible persons were invited to participate; adopting the model of "1 company + 5 guiding experts + some auditors for learning", providing in-depth communication and guidance to companies one by one. From the perspective of communication and guidance, some enterprises have problems such as inaccurate positioning of leading products, unclear explanation of innovation details, unclear expression of industrial chain actions, and insufficient structured expression. Based on their respective experiences and enterprise application materials, various coaching experts conducted in-depth face-to-face communication and analysis on site, put forward specific suggestions, and formed targeted "diagnostic reports" after the meeting. For the next step, our bureau will continue to organize forces, coordinate with various economic and information technology bureaus, and carry out exchanges and guidance-providing activities at different levels and in different regions. Before the Spring Festival, we will complete the first batch of face-to-face guidance for small-scale key enterprises. After the Spring Festival, we will organize small teams to enter key enterprises to track progress, help them prepare application forms and supporting materials in advance, continue to follow up and supervise the effective implementation of key enterprise application, and widely mobilize more enterprises to actively participate in the application, helping our city's high-quality small and medium-sized enterprises become "little giants".
