The Comprehensive Assessment & "One Report, Two Evaluations" Work Conference 2024 held by the Ningbo Municipal Economic and Information Technology Bureau

In the afternoon of January 16, the Comprehensive Assessment & "One Report, Two Evaluations" Work Conference 2024 was held by the Ningbo Municipal Economic and Information Technology Bureau. Zhang Shifang, Secretary of the Party Group of the Ningbo Municipal Economic and Information Technology Bureau, presented the year-end summary and personnel selection work report for 2024 on behalf of the leading group of the Bureau. Director Wang Yidong made a report on the completion of key work in 2024 and deployed key working tasks for 2025.

At the meeting, Wang Yidong reviewed and summarized the implementation of the decision-making and deployment of the CPC Zhejiang Provincial Committee and the Zhejiang Provincial People's Government to build a global advanced manufacturing base, and the CPC Ningbo Municipal Committee and the Ningbo Municipal People's Government to build a global intelligent manufacturing innovation capital in 2024. He identified the problems and shortcomings in the progress of the work, and focused on the "three new" and "three development" goals and tasks for the next step of implementing the spirit of the Central Economic Work Conference and the relevant requirements of the CPC Zhejiang Provincial Committee and the CPC Ningbo Municipal Committee. He concentrated on tackling the integrated reform of urban digital transformation and new industrialization, adhered to the coordinated development of high-end, intelligent, green, and integrated industries, promoted the deep integration of the innovation chain, industrial chain, capital chain, and talent chain, iteratively upgraded the "361" modern industrial system, implemented the eight major tackling plans, and systematically promoted the national new type of industrialization, construction of industrial demonstration zones and a benchmark city integrating digital economy and real economy, and made specific arrangements for building a global capital of intelligent manufacturing and innovation.

Zhang Shifang pointed out that in the past year, under the strong leadership of the CPC Ningbo Municipal Committee and the Ningbo Municipal People's Government, the leadership team of the Ningbo Municipal Economic and Information Technology Bureau has deeply studied and implemented the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, firmly grasped the goal and task of accelerating the construction of a national new industrialization demonstration zone and a benchmark city for the integration of digital economy and real economy, with high-quality development as the theme, innovation deepening as the driving force, and Party discipline learning and education as the guarantee. With firm confidence, anchoring goals, and firm actions, every effort has been exerted to promote new industrialization and a high-score report on the high-quality development of industry and digital economy has been made.
