Ningbo-Zhengzhou Software Industry Regional Matchmaking and Exchange Event Series Held

In order to thoroughly implement the Digital China strategy, promote the high-quality development of Ningbo's software industry, and deepen industrial collaboration with the central region, our bureau recently organized a delegation from Ningbo's software industry to visit Zhengzhou and hold the "2025 Zhengzhou · Ningbo Software Industry Regional Matchmaking and Exchange Event Series". Centered on the theme of "Digital Intelligence Empowerment, Dual-Core Drive", and leveraging the 27th China International Software Expo, the event series carried out a range of activities including industrial matchmaking, industry-education exchanges, and corporate visits. These efforts provided effective support for building a new ecosystem and jointly exploring new markets for the software industries of Ningbo and Zhengzhou.

During the event, a delegation of over 30 people, led by Tu Jiong, a member of our bureau's Party Group and Deputy Director, and including representatives from the Ningbo Software Industry Association and key local software enterprises such as Bluetron, DTCT Data & Technology, and Chinajey, visited the Zhengzhou University of Light Industry and the Zhengzhou Sias University. They conducted in-depth investigations into the digital technology talent cultivation system to gather insights for the construction of Ningbo's software industry talent innovation base. The Ningbo Software Talent Innovation Base signed cooperation agreements on software talent cultivation with both institutions, adhering to the principles of "complementary advantages, resource sharing, mutual benefit, and common development". This aims to strengthen industry-education integration and university-enterprise collaboration, ensuring the cultivation of high-quality, application-oriented talents for Ningbo's software industry. Additionally, the delegation visited local benchmark enterprises including the Zhengzhou GL Technology, the Henan Airport Intelligent Computing Center, and the xFusion, where they studied advanced practices in areas such as intelligent sensing, computing infrastructure, and digital technology applications, actively seeking collaboration opportunities.

An industrial matchmaking & exchange meeting was also held during the event, where both sides discussed building a "dual-core, multi-point" industrial community, jointly establishing innovation incubators integrating hardware and software, co-developing a talent pool of digital-intelligence artisans, and sharing open-source and open digital infrastructure. Our bureau introduced the overview of Ningbo's software industrial development and its specialized policy system, focusing on the "1335" top-level framework. Efforts are being made to comprehensively build a competitive software industry ecosystem by cultivating enterprise echelons, enhancing innovation capabilities, promoting cluster development in industrial parks, creating renowned products, and attracting and nurturing talents. The economic and information technology departments of the High-tech Zone and the Yinzhou District also presented on artificial intelligence competitions and industrial innovation policies, showcasing Ningbo's favorable industrial development environment and sincerity in attracting talents and investment. The software industry associations of both cities signed cooperation agreements, and representatives from multiple enterprises presented on digital supply and demand, fully demonstrating Ningbo's "core" strengths in industrial operating systems, modular data centers, discrete manufacturing solutions, and so on. The on-site exchanges were lively and engaging.

This regional matchmaking event is an important initiative by our bureau to promote the "going global" of Ningbo's software enterprises and deepen cross-regional industrial collaboration. For the next step, we will continue to establish more high-level platforms for exchanges and cooperation, guiding and supporting Ningbo's software enterprises in integrating resources and expanding markets both domestically and globally. This will inject strong software momentum into the innovation, quality improvement, and development of Ningbo's digital economy, as well as the construction of a globalintelligent manufacturing innovation hub.
