The Ningbo Industrial Economy Operation Situation Analysis Meeting held by the Ningbo Municipal Economic and Information Technology Bureau

On March 21, in order to implement the task deployment of the CPC Ningbo Municipal Committee and the Ningbo Municipal People's Government on strengthening the current economy and fully achieve the goal of a "good start" in the first quarter, the Ningbo Industrial Economy Operation Situation Analysis Meeting was held by the Ningbo Municipal Economic and Information Technology Bureau. Yang Qianhong, a member of the Party Group and Chief Economist of the Ningbo Municipal Economic and Information Technology Bureau, attended the meeting and delivered a speech.

The meeting reported on the progress of the main indicators of the city's industry and digital economy in January and February. Combined with phased goals such as the first quarter and the first half of the year, focusing on the cultivation of key industries and the production and operation of large-scale enterprises, new orders, foreign trade exports, etc., all localities comprehensively analyzed and grasped the overall situation of the current industrial economy operation, sorted out and investigated the main factors that affect enterprise production and interfere with economic operation, and studied and proposed targeted countermeasures to help enterprises solve problems, stabilize production, and promote growth.

Yang Qianhong fully affirmed the positive efforts made by the localities to help enterprises seize opportunities, grab orders, and promote production. She pointed out that since the beginning of this year, the production of key regions, industries, and enterprises has remained stable, and the industrial economy has achieved a stable start in January and February, but that there is still a certain gap from the target requirements. Regarding the next steps, Yang Qianhong put forward three pieces of requirement for all localities: firstly, to anchor targets and strengthen services, to do a good job in monitoring the operation of the industrial economy, to deeply understand and coordinate solutions to solve problems and difficulties faced by enterprises, and to fully support enterprises in stabilizing and increasing production. Secondly, we must ensure the implementation of measures for solving problems, comprehensively follow the 14 specific tasks and guarantee measures specified in the "Opening Red" Problem-solving Plan, and implement them one by one to achieve results. Thirdly, we need to accelerate the release of policy dividends, fully leverage the positive role of various policies in benefiting and assisting enterprises, and ensure that funds related to enterprise policies are fully and truly enjoyed by enterprises.
