The first session of the Jingwei Forum 2025 held, focusing on artificial intelligence literacy and capability improvement

In order to thoroughly implement the national strategic deployment on accelerating the development of the new generation artificial intelligence, promote the deep integration of digital economy and real economy, and enhance the understanding and application ability of Party members and cadres in the economic and information system towards cutting-edge technologies, in the afternoon of February 26, 2025, first session of the Jingwei Forum 2025 was held by the Ningbo Municipal Economic and Information Technology Bureau, inviting Yin Jianwei, Principal of the School of Software Technology, Zhejiang University and Director of the Ningbo Science and Technology Innovation Center, Zhejiang University, to give a lecture.

At the session, Principal Yin gave a systematic explanation on the development of IT technology and human technological innovation, the development of big model technology, and the impact of big models on the service and manufacturing industries, with the theme of "Artificial Intelligence Empowering New Productive Forces with Digital Cognition and Thinking". He also introduced computer technology, Deepseek, and other cases in detail, vividly demonstrating the transformative impact of AI technology on Ningbo's industrial development and digital transformation. After the session, Party members and cadres expressed that the course content combines theoretical depth and practical guidance, further strengthening cadres' understanding and comprehension of artificial intelligence, and providing new ideas for subsequent industrial policy formulation and serving enterprises. This year, our bureau will continue to rely on the "Jingwei Forum" platform for learning and exchanges, focusing on hot courses such as "Fund Empowering Industrial Investment", "Open Source Promoting Digital Economy Development", and "Value of Industrial Data" and so on. We will invite industrial experts, high-end talents, and outstanding entrepreneur representatives to give lectures, helping Party members and cadres to systematically plan and implement various working tasks with the concept and thinking of reform and innovation.
