Zhang Shifang Conducts Research and Service-providing Activities in the Beilun District

In order to gain an in-depth understanding of the production and operation of industrial enterprises since the second quarter and promote the stable and high-quality development of the city's industrial economy, in the afternoon of April 22, Zhang Shifang, Vice Chairman of the Ningbo Municipal People's Political Consultative Conference and Party Group Secretary of the Ningbo Municipal Economic and Information Technology Bureau, led a team to the Beilun District to conduct a special research and service-providing visit.

Zhang Shifang and his delegation visited to carry out researches in the Ningbo GC Metal Products Co., Ltd., the Ningbo Hape Toys Co., Ltd., and the Ningbo Longyuan Co., Ltd., engaging in in-depth discussions with the companies' leaders. They gained a detailed understanding of the current production and operations, future plans, and progress of key projects. They also responded one by one to the companies' suggestions, such as stronger support for independent innovation, participation in industrial and supply chain matchmaking, and multiple measures to reduce costs and burdens.

Zhang Shifang fully affirmed the achievements of the enterprises and expressed hope that they would maintain confidence in development and stabilize production and operations. He encouraged the companies to accelerate digital and green transformation to achieve cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and growth in scale and strength. He also urged them to further increase R&D and innovation, expedite investment in ongoing projects, and plan ahead for high-end project layouts, thereby contributing more to the stable and high-quality development of the city's industrial economy.
