Responsibilities

Leads the promotion of digital economy development. Coordinates the integrated development of the digital economy and the real economy. Organizes the formulation and implementation of development plans and industrial policies for cloud computing and big data industries. Undertakes the valorization of industrial data in the fields of economy, information technology, and the digital economy. Expands and upgrades information consumption. Coordinates the development of network and communication infrastructure as well as the Internet of Things (IoT). Organizes the integrated development of "multi-network" convergence, including communication networks, broadcast television networks, and computer networks. Collaborates to promote the development of the information and communications industry, as well as the cultivation and application of the computing power industry.
