June marks China's "Work Safety Month". Centered on the theme "Everyone Prioritizes Safety, All Can Handle Emergencies—Identify Hidden Hazards Around Us", the Ningbo Municipal Economic and Information Technology Bureau conducted training sessions from June 23 to June 24 to further enhance standardized construction of micro and small enterprise parks, improve safety management in the explosives industry, strengthen personnel safety awareness and professional competence, and advance work safety in economic and information technology sectors.

At the explosives industry safety management training, experts delivered lectures through theoretical instruction and case studies, covering topics such as paradigm shifts in safety management, responsibility system establishment, major hazard identification criteria, regulatory standards for explosives management, and emergency response procedures, etc.

The micro and small enterprise park safety standardization training featured experts providing comprehensive analysis of lessons from past accidents, detailing standardized practices for clarifying lessors' and lessees' responsibilities, establishing safety management accountability systems, implementing safety protocols, and controlling safety risks.

The Bureau outlined work requirements emphasizing compliance with safety laws and regulations, strengthening safety accountability, advancing risk control measures, and improving intrinsic safety standards. It stressed enhanced guidance for industrial safety oversight with refined measures to prevent accidents.

Over 200 participants attended, including explosives management personnel from district and county economic and information technology departments, heads and safety officers of explosives enterprises, as well as operational managers or safety supervisors of micro and small enterprise parks.
