To further deepen the enterprise communication mechanism, strengthen the cultivation and echelon construction of young cadres, and hone their professional abilities in industry perception, policy application, dialogue and communication, enterprise service-providing, and government-enterprise interaction, our bureau held the "Benefiting Enterprises" Growth Exchanging Symposium & the "Mastering Three Courses; Striving to Be Pioneers in Six Endeavors" activity for young cadres on the afternoon of July 12.
The "Benefiting Enterprises" growth activity is a platform created by our bureau to closely connect with enterprises and accelerate the learning and growth of young cadres. Since its launch in May last year, paired cadres have leveraged enterprise services to actively secure and implement various pro-enterprise policies. With the goal of helping enterprises achieve "four advancements", they have collaborated with entrepreneurs to discuss development strategies and support specialized and innovative growth. The activity was selected as a best practice case in the provincial special service campaign for SMEs and was featured in the enterprise service bulletin published by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic of China.
This year's activity has been upgraded on three aspects of expanding the pairing teams, improving the pairing mechanism, and innovating industry-education-research-application collaboration. Each paired group is now equipped with a dual-mentor system comprising "bureau mentors + enterprise mentors". In terms of pairing formats, a pioneering collaboration with the Yongjiang Laboratory has been established, creating a "research institution + enterprise + government" pairing model. This integration of government, industry, education, and research aims to support enterprises in achieving high-end, digital, and green development.
At the meeting, each paired group reported on their pairing activities, shared their experiences, and proposed future working ideas and measures. Pairing mentors and bureau leaders provided insightful comments. The event also specially invited Ren Shuai, a young researcher from the Advanced Intelligent Materials Research Center of Yongjiang Laboratory, to share his working insights and reflections.
Director Wang Yidong fully affirmed the progress and achievements of each group's pairing efforts. Through pairing, young cadres are encouraged to engage more deeply with enterprises, understand them, and continuously refine their enterprise service-providing abilities in industry perception, policy application, and dialogue communication. He led all young cadres in reviewing Ningbo's magnificent industrial development history and presented differing government and enterprise perspectives on industry. He urged young cadres to focus on cultivating the ability to learn from frontline entrepreneurs, exchange ideas with cutting-edge researchers, and develop professional thinking habits. They should maintain a global perspective, analyze and anticipate future industrial trends at deeper and broader levels, and strategically enhance their personal capabilities and enterprise service-providing standards. This will better support the high-quality development of Ningbo's enterprises and contribute to the deep integration of technological and industrial innovation, as well as the creation of the "361" modern industrial system.
Over 40 participants, including relevant responsible comrades from the bureau, representative pairing mentors, representatives from the Yongjiang Laboratory, and young cadres from the economic and information technology system, attended the event.
