Our Bureau Promotes the 15th Smart Expo at the 3rd Supply Chain Expo

On July 16, the Zhejiang "Dual Innovation" Integration Exchange Conference of the 3rd Supply Chain Expo was held. Chen Jianzhong, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Zhejiang Council for the Promotion of International Trade, and Lou Wanzong, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Department of Economy and Information Technology of Zhejiang, attended the conference and delivered speeches. Tu Jiong, Deputy Director of the Ningbo Municipal Economic and Information Technology Bureau, led a delegation to participate in the 3rd China International Supply Chain Expo (hereinafter referred to as the "Supply Chain Expo") and delivered a thematic promotion for the 15th Smart City and Intelligent Economy Expo (hereinafter referred to as the "15th Smart Expo") at the Zhejiang special event—"Digital Intelligence Surging, Dragons Soaring in Zhejiang" and the Cooperation Exchange Conference on Deep Integration of Scientific and Industrial Innovation in Zhejiang (hereinafter referred to as the "Zhejiang 'Dual Innovation' Integration Exchange Conference").

At the conference, Tu Jiong highlighted the development history, achievements, and the planning and features of this year's Smart Expo to the attendees. Tu Jiong stated that this year marks the 15th anniversary of the Smart Expo. The 15th edition will revolve around the theme "AI Empowerment, Digital Intelligence for Innovation", systematically reshaping the exhibition layout and concurrent exchange activities. It will emphasize cutting-edge displays, in-depth intellectual exchanges, and multi-dimensional cooperation, aiming to provide comprehensive, extensive, and precise industrial ecosystem collaboration services in the fields of artificial intelligence and digital-real integration, thereby supporting Zhejiang's efforts to deepen the construction of the National Digital Economy Innovation and Development Pilot Zone.

Additionally, Zhejiang set up a "Digital Intelligence Surging, Dragons Soaring in Zhejiang" zone at this Supply Chain Expo, with innovative local enterprises such as GravityXR and HollySys invited to participate.

The 15th Smart Expo is scheduled to take place in Ningbo from September 5 to September 7, co-hosted by the Ningbo Municipal People’s Government, the Department of Economy and Information Technology of Zhejiang, the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, the China Information Technology Industry Federation, the China Telecom Group Co., Ltd., the China Mobile Communications Group Co., Ltd., and the China Unicom Communications Group Co., Ltd., and with a planned exhibition area of over 35,000 square meters, the event will feature six major themed pavilions, inviting more than 300 domestic and international enterprises, institutions, and organizations to showcase the latest technological products and applications in AI and digital-real integration, accelerating the transformation of the economy and society through next-generation AI empowerment.A series of high-level dialogues, industrial matchmaking meetings, new product launches, project roadshows, talent exchanges, and open experience activities will also be held concurrently to comprehensively facilitate precise cooperation between the supply and demand sides of the digital economy.
