Responsibilities:

The Division is responsible for the management of personnel, organization establishment and personnel exit formalities of the Bureau and its affiliated units, for the service for and management of retired cadres, providing guidance for the introduction and cultivation of talents of the economic and information technology fields, and participating in management of relevant professional and technical personnel. It undertakes tasks on ideology, united front, petition letters and visits, comprehensive management and maintenance of stability as well as the affairs of the Party Group of the Bureau, and coordinates and promotes the construction of a clean and honest Party group.
