Responsibilities:

The Division is responsible for organizing the formulation and implementation of medium and long-term planning for the development of economy and information technology, organizing and coordinating industry planning and special planning. The Division organizes researches on forward-looking issues in the field of economy and information technology and put forward policy recommendations. The Division is responsible for the management of major research projects and the evaluation of relevant economic policies, and drafting important comprehensive manuscripts as well as the verification of the legitimacy of normative documents and contracts. It undertakes the drafting of relevant local laws and regulations, administrative reconsideration and administrative response, takes the lead in deepening reform in the field of economy and information technology, undertakes the daily routine of the Office of the Ningbo Leadership Group for the High-quality Development of the Manufacturing Industry.
