Responsibilities:

To organize and formulate industrial investment plans, annual plans and investment orientations, guide and promote the construction of industrial projects, and implement project docking services and supervision of registered municipal technological transformation projects. To undertake the management of investment in technological transformation among enterprises, the approval and filing of projects, and the verification and confirmation of tax credits for imported equipment. To take the lead in promoting the development of industrial chain, study and formulate industrial chain cultivation policies and working measures, and promote the construction of industrial chain projects. To coordinate and promote the development of “core basic components, advanced basic technologies, key technical materials and key industrial basic technologies”. To take the lead in coordinating the declaration, implementation and supervision of relevant special projects funded by the central and provincial finance. To assist in the work of government industrial funds, study and put forward relevant thematic fund formation plans and project investment plans, and promote the construction of major investment projects.
