Responsibilities:

To formulate and organize policies and measures for cultivation and development of cloud computing and the big data industry and coordinate big data industrial cooperation and industrial base construction. To organize and promote the development of information technologies in the city. To organize the formulation of the city’s information infrastructure development plan, coordinate the construction of major information infrastructure, and promote the evolution and upgrading of information infrastructure. To undertake the work related to the construction of digital economy system. To expand and upgrade information consumption. To organize and promote the integrated development of “multiple networks” such as communication networks, radio and television networks and computer networks and so on.
